My Story
I hate being in debt. And I hate having payments looming over my shoulder each month, especially as a college kid. What do you do, when you're a full time student, taking 20 units in a quarter system, with a position in sales (which, we all know isn't exactly consistent until you get comfortable with the program and become efficient with the systems in place to make your sales), and too complicated a schedule to hold another part-time job?
You sell your junk, others' junk, and cheap junk on eBay!
If it wasn't for the things I learned at earnmorewithebay.com, I would still be stuck in a rut, with housing payments coming out of my butt, credit card bills, parking tickets, etc. I learned all I need to be successful on eBay, from which products are hot items to buy and resell, how to market each item, how to set effective prices and draw in the high bidders, etc.
I couldn't even pay for gas at one point! I was stuck in such a rut I would have to borrow gas money to get to work, took on a second job with the hours 3am-8am (right before class started) 3 days a week. I was slowly deteriorating into a workaholic shell of my former self!
With a little motivation (or in my case, a little desperation and need), anyone can be successful on eBay! Even this poor little college freshman with hardly anything to his name, and aspirations for something greater. I quit my second job after figuring out how effective eBay can be, and can even check my auctions from class with my new MacBook. The freedom I have to study and focus on what's important in my life--my girlfriend, my career, and my future, rather than living paycheck to paycheck.
